Track a package

Once you’ve placed an order on ShopMaxxi, you’ll want to stay updated on its status. This guide will help you track your orders and know exactly when to expect your items.

Steps to Track Your Order:

    1. Log In to Your Account:

      • Go to ShopMaxxi Homepage.
      • Click on “Login” at the top right corner.
      • Enter your email and password, then click “Login”.
    2. Go to Your Orders:

      • Once logged in, click on “My Account” at the top right corner.
      • In your account dashboard, click on the “Orders” section.
    3. View Order Details:

      • In the “Orders” section, you’ll see a list of your recent orders.
      • Click on the order number or “View” button next to the order you want to track.
    4. Check Order Status:

      • On the order details page, you can view the current status of your order (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Delivered).
      • If your order has been shipped, you will see the tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.
    5. Track Shipment:

      • Click on the tracking number link to be redirected to the courier’s website.
      • Enter the tracking number (if required) to see the latest updates on your shipment.

Receiving Updates:

  • Email Notifications:

    • You will receive email notifications at various stages of your order, including confirmation, shipping, and delivery.
    • Make sure to check your email for these updates.
  • SMS Notifications:

    • If you opted in for SMS notifications during checkout, you will also receive updates via text messages.

Troubleshooting:

  • Delayed Orders:

    • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact our support team for assistance.
    • Check for any updates in your email or on the order tracking page.
  • Missing Tracking Information:

    • If you don’t see tracking information for a shipped order, it may take some time for the courier to update their system.
    • Contact our support team if the tracking information is not updated within 48 hours of shipment.
