Steps to Manage Your Orders:

    1. Log In to Your Vendor Account:

      • Go to ShopMaxxi Homepage.
      • Click on “Login” at the top right corner and enter your vendor credentials.
    2. Access the Vendor Dashboard:

      • Once logged in, click on “My Account” and select “Store Manager.”
    3. View New Orders:

      • In your Vendor Dashboard, click on “Orders.”
      • You will see a list of all new orders that need processing.
    4. Handle Returns and Refunds:

      • If a customer requests a return or refund, follow ShopMaxxi’s return policy.
      • Update the order status accordingly and process refunds if necessary.
