Log In to Your Vendor Account:
- Go to ShopMaxxi Homepage.
- Click on “Login” at the top right corner and enter your vendor credentials.
Access the Vendor Dashboard:
- Once logged in, click on “My Account” and select “Store Manager.”
View New Orders:
- In your Vendor Dashboard, click on “Orders.”
- You will see a list of all new orders that need processing.
Handle Returns and Refunds:
- If a customer requests a return or refund, follow ShopMaxxi’s return policy.
